Great Job fast response time great equipment friendly and skilled tow truck driver

After waiting over 3 hours for AAA, these guys rescued me within 30 minutes of my call. Driver was very professional and had a lot of great stories. He also filled out all of the paperwork that I would need to get reimbursed. I would highly recommended this company to anyone.

You can always count on McGann & Chester. Broke down anywhere near Pittsburgh, PA, no matter what you drive, they have the equipment and professional staff to get you out of a jam! Fast, safe, and reliable. They’ll always be my first and only call!

I was notified by Chuck, the driver by phone regarding his EPA. He arrived on time. He was pleasant, advised on best location to load my Tesla onto his flatbed. He secured the vehicle and pointed out additional issue of excessive wear on rear tires and recommended a solution to the problem. My vehicle arrived promptly at Tesla Service Center. Excellent service and would highly recommend this company and driver.

Talmin, was extremally professional and courteous. He had my truck on the flatbed in 5 minutes and was chained and gone shortly there after!

I had a problem with a brake failure on a trailer. All other RV service centers were unavailable. I got their number from another repair facility. They were able to come out promptly. A service truck showed up, jacked yo the trailer, removed the damaged brake drum and reinstalled the wheel to get me back on the road. 5 star.

Talmin is the MVP! Deer hit my car and needed a tow to the dealership and Talmin showed up and was just the best! While I am extremely displeased that I was towed, the recovery of my vehicle was absolutely painless. Ashley was extremely kind, and the cute young man made sure I retrieved the ticket left on my windshield. Dealing with these folks are the best part about being towed.

I was in an accident and waiting over 4 hours for a different tow truck, called McGann and they were there within the hour of calling to be picked up, even at 12:30 at night they were still quick and personable. Will call again if tow services are needed.
