23 ½ HOUR SERVICE
One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is “Why do your trucks say 23 ½ Hour service?” Well, the answer is many years ago we were called to an accident (an 18 wheeler with a trailer went off of the road and down a hill) on Interstate 80.
At the time, this was out of our general service area for accidents. However, they said they had already tried multiple other companies (a few of which had come out and not been able to recover and clean up the accident).
So, without hesitation McGann & Chester headed out and 23 ½ hours later they pulled back into the yard with the wrecked vehicle and trailer in tow! McGann & Chester was, from then on, the home of 23 ½ Hour Service!!
